Early Phases:

In the early phase of the project, and immediately after submitting the required provisions of the medical equipment, our site-resident engineers follow up, not only the medical equipment shipping arrival and storage, but also the execution of the relevant required provisions and services namely both the Civil and Electro-Mechanical works in order to coordinate with the other contractors and to cooperate to finalize the project successfully within the defined time frame.

During the instillation and assembly of medical equipment, a team of well-trained engineers and technicians is in charge of Dispatching, Unpacking, Installing and Commissioning the equipment to get it ready for the handing over and training phases. Our professional performance in these early stages of project effectively minimizes the time and effort consumed during the handing over phase.

Training Phase:

During the training phase, we maximize the efficiency of training by closely coordinating the manufacturer’s services with the client’s needs.

Moving In Phase:

The moving in phase is an important time for our clients and we make sure that we use our professional expertise to make this transition as smooth as possible. This support in this critical phase includes technical support, equipment training and professional advising.

Running Phase:

In the steady state and running phase we provide ongoing technical support, customer service and warranty obligations 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
