For a complete product & hospital Equipment Biomedical Maintenance, High Tech has a specially qualified maintenance team, including Biomedical Engineers, well-trained Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMET’s), most of them are certified by the original manufacturer to maintain and calibrate the equipment. The workforce possesses skills, experience, and licenses or certifications to provide the defined services.

High Tech Computerized Maintenance Management and Software system pre-organize, follow up and help to complete the array of maintenance execution, also keep a complete historical record for the equipment location, serial numbers, date of delivery, and update of preventive and corrective maintenance. High Tech carries out Planned Preventative Maintenance, equipment calibration, safety checks, ongoing user training, maintain documentation, execute reactive maintenance, provide and store spare parts.

Equipment Calibration

Equipment Calibration is carried out following the manufacturer’s recommendation for the kind of calibration and the frequency respectively. All calibrations are planned, recorded & documented via the CAFM system. This is mainly carried out in the course of the planned preventative maintenance, ensuring minimum disruption to the hospital’s operation.

Equipment Safety Procedures

Maintenance activities are carried out only by certified and trained staff and/or subcontractors. During maintenance activities, all relevant safety bulletins, hazard warnings, and other safety factors are implemented. High Tech’s staff and/or subcontractor assure that the tools used, and maintenance equipment are in the best conditions.
